This role requires deep expertise in leading and managing a team across correspondent sales leadership, data analytics, strategic planning, revenue optimization, and profit and loss management for function. Establish correspondent sales strategy including oversight of client service levels, IRM referrals, and risk-balanced performance to meet and exceed channel and corporate goals. Develop small team of correspondent sales professionals.
Utilizing data analytics and channel goals, develop and maintain effective pricing strategies to properly balance revenue expectation and production capacity. Utilize effective data insights to identify and develop new strategies and opportunities.
Serve as project manager for special initiatives to successfully deliver against channel and corporate objectives and improve operational efficiencies with CWL.
Lead and help Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives coordinate positive working relationships (and client outcomes) with internal and external stakeholders: Clients, Warehouse Lending, Underwriting, Operations, Sales, Risk and Recourse; Leverage data insights and tools to support to track and monitor channel key performance indicators
Perform financial management, strategic planning, and execution/implementation planning by leveraging extensive data analytics to build actionable channel strategies.
Responsible for CRA strategy and integration across CWL channel; Accountable for performance to established goals.
Act as an influential senior leader through support, thoughtful insight, contributing feedback, ideas and guidance to Head of Correspondent and Warehouse Lending as well as other members of the Real Estate Lending Team.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent education and related training or experience.
12-15 years of large/regional bank or mortgage banking experience
10 years of relevant accounting experience, including mortgage financial analysis
7+ years of strong leadership and management experience
5+ years of sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Correspondent and/or Warehouse Lending
15+ years or more in Mortgage industry and/or Financial Services.
5+ years of managing a sales team
