Overview:The Regional Area Manager, Social Media & Digital Content will manage the daily execution of content production for multiple parks within the region. Reporting to the Regional Manager of Social Media and Digital Content, they will create visually compelling and engaging content across social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters. Must be able to office/commute to one of the parks listed.Responsibilities: Create and produce engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters across multiple parks, with an emphasis on driving brand visibility and audience engagement. Design graphics, illustrations, and promotional materials that adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with target demographics. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all channels. Utilize an editorial calendar to manage content creation and delivery efficiently. Collaborate with key stakeholders to brainstorm and implement content ideas that support promotional campaigns and park activities. Monitor and analyze organic social media performance metrics to inform strategic adjustments and enhance campaign effectiveness, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software to ensure high-quality and innovative output.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Social Media Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 - 3 years of experience in developing content creation for digital platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
