Enterprise Customer Service Representative

Computer Futures is currently working with our large telecommunications client to hire an Enterprise Customer Service Representative for contract opportunities in Charlotte, NC.

This role requires the candidate to be on site and have shifts from 8 AM - 9 PM EST.

Responsibilities:


  • Provides first level support for all end-users via telephone, email or chat.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves billing issues.
    Escalates calls when appropriate.
    Writes concise, informative service tickets.
    Follows up on all tickets in a timely manner and pursues issues through to resolution.
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center, inbound calls environment

  • Telecom experience a plus
