As a Technician – Field Inventory, you will travel through assigned areas to call on accounts. You will check stock/inventory and obtains new product orders. You will note the quantity of items for delivery to each account to ensure proper product inventory is maintained. You will review exposition of items on shelves. You will build relationships with customers and consult on product needs. You will check inventory and note quantity of items for delivery to each account to ensure proper product inventory is maintained.
Communicate with customers to evaluate needs or concerns
Interfaces with customers to evaluate needs or concerns and communicates these to
Maintains on-site daily product reporting and analysis to ensure supply chain controls.
Ensures proper inventory levels and communicates on a daily basis with VMI Program Manager.
Assists with on-site product location and identification.
Enters, reviews, and releases orders to support e-commerce solutions.
Communicates changes, shortages, and concerns directly to VMI Program Manager.
Answers questions from current and potential customers on VMI utilization.
Performs daily scanning and replenishment tasks.
Maintains eStock VMI labels to aid with identification & appropriate inventory levels.
Reviews, controls, and releases orders, reports daily function status, and maintains barcoding and scanning practices for proper product identification and alignment with WESNET.

High school degree or equivalent required
1 year of Warehouse, Inventory, & Forklift experience preferred
1 year of resolving technical, equipment, and service-related issues
Skills & Requirements
Basic computer skills preferred
Strong communication skills
Able to multi-task
Ability to use win-win approach to resolve controversy, stay objective and fair when dealing with sensitive situations, and maintain constructive working relationships
Ability to work autonomously/self-starter with often limited daily supervision
Ability to meet emerging customer needs. Including customer service background
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
