Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a graphic designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to create visually compelling graphics for both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a strong understanding of current design trends, and possesses the skills to bring creative ideas to life while adhering to brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design graphics for marketing materials, digital ads, social media, websites, email campaigns, and other brand assets.

Collaborate with team members to understand project goals, target audience, and brand positioning to create effective visuals.

Produce high-quality layouts, images, and assets for various media, ensuring consistency with brand identity.

Revise and edit designs based on feedback to align with project requirements.

Stay up-to-date with design software, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve and innovate.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design software such as Figma, Canva, or Sketch.

Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
