Daily contact with our Field Associates and their respective branch associates to obtain missing application requirements and omissions.

Work in a highly regulated environment in which reporting is required for compliance such as SEC reporting, Replacements, AML, and numerous state and internal audits.

Analyze problem cases and decide on the best approach for resolution.

Handle large case volumes with a high degree of accuracy. This is often our client's first experience with the company and prompt and accurate issuance of a contract is essential.

The base salary range for this position is $39,000 - $54,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. College graduate or equivalent work experience

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Ability to handle multiple processes and prioritize workload

Highly organized and detail oriented

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
