As an ISC Analytics Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and develop analytical solutions. With your strong data analytics skills and expertise, you will develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy.You will report directly to our Director ISC Analytics, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC locationIn this role, you will impact the ISC organization by providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support a comprehensive data strategy for the Integrated Supply Chain organization, including data collection, storage, and maintenance, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from supply chain data, providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with various teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and finance, to align supply chain analytics with overall business goals and strategies.
Identify and implement advanced analytics tools and technologies to support data visualization, reporting, and monitoring of supply chain KPIs.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks through data analysis, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

2+ years of experience in data analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
