Brightspeed is looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our team!  In this important role you will be responsible for leading and managing initiatives that support the successful delivery of new process and standardization to our internal customers. This involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and implementation, while ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), client expectations, and business objectives. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, technical resources and client stakeholders, to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.As Lead Project Manager your responsibilities will include:  Creating captivating & impactful presentations that effectively communicate complex business concepts in a visually appealing mannerWorking closely with the team to understand their goals and transform their ideas into compelling stories that resonate with audiencesTranslating business needs into engaging narratives to drive the success of standardization and efficienciesManaging key timelines and effectively communicate with various teamsConnecting with diverse stakeholders and managing multiple initiatives simultaneouslyIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gainsImplementing best practices and methodologiesProviding support to the team, including taking meeting notes, documenting key actions, and handling other administrative tasksStreamlining operations and ensuring that the team stays focused on their goalsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadershipEffectively communicating project status and progress to all stakeholdersManaging expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
