Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci or similar as acknowledged by ACMP ) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience leading enterprise change initiatives and 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
Licensure/Certification: Change Management practitioner certification preferred (Prosci or similar as acknowledged by ACMP)
