Description:
Candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating patching and remediation across wintel and linux servers. Candidate will work closely with system administrators and application owners to coordinate and deliver updates to resolve vulnerabilities. Candidate may be required to analyze vulnerabilities and ensure appropriate action is being taken against the server ensuring smooth patch delivery. Schedule patch execution via Bladelogic. Responsible for reporting results to clients and partner teams.
Required Skills:
Windows and/or Linux systems administration and/or deployment experience in large environments is preferred
Experience with Vulnerability Management patching
Strong reporting and Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of BAC environment
Knowledge of Bladelogic a plus
Experience working with system implementations following organizational processes
Flexible scheduling
Access DB knowledge
