Responsibilities:
Monitoring the health of Pega applications using Pega features as well as external tools like AppDynamics and Splunk
Monitoring Pega Alerts and adjusting thresholds.
Monitoring and optimizing Pega guardrails and compliance score by working with the development team.
Lead/Assist with platform related troubleshooting
Work with Pega systems for resolution of the Pega SR's raised for Pega product issues for timely resolution.
