Background in Solar Development:
Extensive experience working for a solar developer, with a deep understanding of the solar industry and land acquisition processes.
Land Acquisition Expertise:
Skilled in identifying and securing land for solar projects, focusing on proximity to transmission lines, access to infrastructure, and evaluating topography.
Tech-Savvy with AI & Analytics:
Experience or familiarity with AI and data analytics to enhance site selection, decision-making, and prioritization processes.
Digital Product Development Understanding:
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives, particularly in integrating technology with traditional processes in the solar or real estate sectors.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Comfortable working in a cross-functional digital product team, collaborating with developers, engineers, and real estate professionals to build a digital application for land prioritization.
Focus on Application Building:
Experience or interest in being part of a digital product team focused on building tools for solar developers and real estate agents to optimize land selection for solar projects.

Assist product owner with user research and story writing
Knowledge of and ability to lead any of the following key activities within a product team: process mapping, value stream mapping, process analysis, process design, methods development, performance standards & metrics development, ROI analysis
Develop and execute quality assurance plans
Support change management functions to ensure successful product implementation
Collaborate with product team to understand opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives and potential areas to gain efficiencies or cost savings
Utilize data to help teams develop and implement solutions
Bachelor degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Management or similar discipline.
Years of prior equivalent work related experience in lieu of a degree (if applicable): 12+ Years of prior equivalent work related experience in addition to a degree: 8+ years working in applicable or related business area
