Manage the project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, proposals, estimates, and client relations.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs.
Create tailored service plans, and address any specific requirements or concerns.
Provide oversight to ensure all commercial, schedule, contractual terms, budget, and reporting requirements are met
Conduct Site Inspections and implement and monitor performance metrics to measure project progress
Continually train and assist team members with the latest techniques and safety protocols
Prepare and maintain project budget
Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree preferred coupled with 3 - 4 years of project Management experience
Knowledge/Understanding of cost, schedule, contract, technical, and claims
Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Met or exceed deliverable within set deadlines.
Proven success in leading managing teams
Ability to empower teams members
Experience with all Microsoft Office Applications. Advanced Excel skills preferred
