R&O Maintenance Technician

R&O Maintenance TechnicianAs an R&O Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall performance and reliability of our facilities.You will report directly to our Facilities Manager and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location.In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and reliability of our facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet the needs of our organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems, and perform necessary repairs. Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment. Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems. Attention to detail and ability to follow maintenance procedures and safety protocols.WE VALUE Technical certification or degree in a related field. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
