Signature Consultants is seeking a Release Coordinator for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates delivery activities
Provide information to internal and external clients
Research, resolve and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner
Review physical and electronic loan documentation to appropriately input collateral, document and related data into loan accounting systems
Prepares and coordinates recordings of collateral release documents
Perform follow-up on outstanding documents and exception items, to include verifying original documents
Identify opportunities to improve processes to increase control and efficiency
Assign and track QA environments
Log and track code contention
Review and coordinate all code deployments to the test environments
Requirements:
Responsible for all release level status reporting including output from Clarity project risk and issue reports
Capable of working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
Defines and documents the release recommendation for each release and/or change to production
Oversees release processes, to identify and assess cross-departmental impacts
Maintains maintenance release management schedule for ServiceNow
Documents and communicates all changes for a release, and reviews all training and communication material
