Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and access control panels at client sites.
Conduct site surveys to determine optimal camera placement and access control system requirements.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to security systems.
Program access control settings based on customer needs.
Provide technical support to clients regarding system usage and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CCTV equipment.
Inspect and test CCTV systems and peripheral equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Ensure all work is performed to company standards and protocols.
Prepare service reports detailing all work performed and any follow-up actions needed.
Stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
Conduct site surveys to determine the optimal placement of CCTV equipment.
Coordinate with the team on large projects.
Qualifications:
Experience: Hands-on experience in installing and maintaining CCTV and/or access control systems.
Certifications: (Preferred)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in IP camera installation and configuration.
Knowledge of access control hardware and software.
Familiarity with low-voltage cabling and wiring.
Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accurate installation and alignment of security equipment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
