About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Corporate Risk as part of Compliance Business Support. The Compliance Business Support team focuses on coordinating business activity for the Chief Compliance Officer and their teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the overarching operational and strategical programs and initiatives.In this role, you will:

Support operational capabilities for multiple business groups across Compliance and work collaboratively with the business groups to formulate solutions to operational challenges. For example: Staffing, Planning, Organizational Design.

Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy, and Business Execution

Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of Compliance programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation.

Track the efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness of proposed solutions relating to initiatives such as third-party engagements.

Provide leadership in management of relationships with cross-functional business partners.

Assist the Head of Compliance Business Support with ad-hoc Compliance-wide initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

A BS/BA Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or similar majors

4+ years of experience creating pivot tables, Charts & Graphs, and VLOOKUP in Microsoft Excel

Ability to prioritize workloads and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.

Excellent presentation and communication skills with an eye on attention to detail and the ability to "tell the story."

Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management.

Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions.

Experience consulting, influencing, and partnering with business executives, leadership, business partners and peers to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.

Financial services industry experience
