The Senior Customer Insights & Data Analyst is comfortable with the challenges of managing and maintaining large data sets, as well as creating reporting and business insights using the same data and presenting to leadership. To be successful in this role, the Senior Customer Insights & Data Analyst must be able to work across the Marketing group and other parts of the organization to gather and share insights about the business. The Senior Customer Insights & Data Analyst will typically work on gathering data from multiple systems and sources, analyzing, packaging and presenting insights from the data, and the creation of marketing audiences. The Senior Customer Insights & Data Analyst will be responsible for both maintaining and building new lead scoring models. They will also be responsible for creating 360° customer reporting and market analysis. REMOTE work from HOME(Work EST Hours)TEMP TO PERM Essential FunctionsDesign, build, and deliver customized Dashboards and reports through MS Excel/PowerPoint and/or Power BI to Executive leadership on key strategic initiatives. Fulfills ad hoc reporting requests from management leaders.

Build and maintain lead scoring models for multiple product lines.

Develop all encompassing / 360° customer and market analysis across Ryder Business Units that may include customer/market sizing, share, growth, trend analysis and segmentation; developing top target lists for execution in B2B marketing and sales campaigns and analysis of campaign/sales results; and utilizing statistical modeling techniques with in-house and third-party suppliers to refine predictive models for targeting prospects, customer up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, and churn/at-risk segments, among other applications.

Ensures data accuracy, performing and reporting on periodic audits and data integrity checks.

Participate in the acquisition, summarizing, cleaning, validation, connection, and analysis of data stored in various systems, databases, and tools.

Maintenance, organization, and supervision of Ryder’s data assets and infrastructure. Functions as a steward of the team’s data resources. Makes recommendations and identifies issues to escalate to the Analytics Sr. Managers.

Skills and AbilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management and across business and IT groups

Good understanding ofB2B Marketing concepts, practices, challenges

Comfortable presenting at all levels of the organization

Good understanding of analytical techniques, statistical analysis, and data management

Ability to conceive and internally develop concepts and ideas

Excellent analytical, problem solving and collaborative skills

Proficient in writing and developing SQL queries and analyzing data in Excel (lookups, pivots, visualization, conditional logic) intermediate required

Advanced knowledge of complex query writing using SQL with the ability to join multiple tables, summarizing, grouping, data manipulation, performing analytical functions, etc advanced preferred

Familiarity and knowledge of other programing languages and analytical tools (Python, PowerBI, R, DataBricks, etc.) intermediate preferred

QualificationsBachelor's degree required Economics, Math, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar field

Master's degree preferred MBA, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or similar field

Four (4) years to Six (6) years or more working with large data sets, reporting and, analysis required

Proficient in writing and developing SQL queries and analyzing data in Excel (lookups, pivots, visualization, conditional logic) intermediate required

Advanced knowledge of complex query writing using SQL with the ability to join multiple tables, summarizing, grouping, data manipulation, performing analytical functions, etc. advanced preferred
