Brightspeed is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director, Multi Dwelling Units (MDU) to join our Consumer Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving thought leadership and execution in providing telecommunications services to residential buildings such as apartments, condominiums, and housing complexes. You will have a strong background in the MDU (Multiple Dwelling Units) market, with expertise in sales strategy development, market research, stakeholder relationship management, and contract negotiation.As a Senior Director, Multi Dwelling Units (MDU), your duties and responsibilities will include:Market Strategy and Execution:Drive thought leadership and execution in providing telecommunications services to MDUsDevelop and implement sales strategies specifically tailored to the MDU market segmentConduct market research to identify potential MDU opportunities and understand market trends, competition, and customer needsPartnership and Relationship Management:Establish and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, and developers to secure access agreements and partnershipsDevelop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within MDUs to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnershipsNegotiate terms and conditions of service agreements with MDU property owners and managersOperational Coordination and Implementation: Partner with the operations team to build business cases for expanding the network to profitable MDU unitsCoordinate with internal teams (e.g., installation, engineering, customer service) to ensure the timely and efficient deployment of services to MDUsOversee the implementation process, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and timelinesAddress and resolve any issues or concerns raised by property managers or residents in a timely and professional mannerContract Administration and Management: Oversee the administration and management of contracts, ensuring all terms are adhered to and properly documentedEnsure that all service agreements are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
