About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - Executive Search to drive a retained executive search strategy. You will build internal and external partnerships and draw on industry insights and competitive intelligence to build strategies, and drive results in the form of high-impact executive hires.In this role, you will:

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Executive Recruiting that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.

Evolve the retained search function in house for the enterprise. Drive the selection in partnership with the business and Executive Recruiting team.

Establish and lead best practices for Search Firm Engagement to ensure we are effectively partnering with the best firms for our talent needs.

Participate in market research to understand business needs and proactively identify talent to include effective talent and market mapping.

Apply a data driven approach to manage top Search Firm performance metrics to include speed, quality of hire, and candidate and hiring manager experience.

Act as a consultant to Talent Acquisition leadership to drive performance, initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years Executive recruiting experience.

Experience managing third-party vendors (retained and contingent firms), specifically driving search firm relationships and results for executive level roles.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience executive recruiting in retained search firm and in-house executive search team.

Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in matrix environment.

Experience consulting, influencing, and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers.

Advanced data management experience to include: analyzing data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing strategies and solutions.

Experience leading, managing, and implementing enterprise- wide initiatives.

Strong negotiation and resolution skills

Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including an understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements.

Direct experience with Applicant Tracking systems or other HR Management software.
