Senior Lead Digital Product Manager

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager within the Marketing & Sales Platform team, which is part of Consumer Lending. This team is responsible for the ideation, implementation, support and success of all marketing platforms that enable the end-to-end process for Consumer Marketing.You will be the product owner for Marketing Content Management which will encompass a suite of platform capabilities that help marketers and content developers author, distribute and manage digital pages and content variants.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role, you will:

Lead the development of the marketing content management products, understanding key requirements and outcomes desired, while sequencing features to deliver key results to prove benefit

Develop and lead the overall marketing content management product vision and partner with stakeholders to establish a robust strategy that will drive the most benefit from our investments

Implement and manage an appropriate product operations model that will ensure robust deployment, monitoring and support for end users

Establish a risk management framework for the platform to assess risks, implement controls and monitor their effectiveness

Understand the marketing content management external landscape and share outside-in viewpoints and innovation opportunities

Lead and support cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver on the right product capabilities, levering strong partnership and influencing skills alongside a test and learn mindset

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of experience supporting marketing and analyst communities using 'content management' products such as Adobe Audience Experience Manager and Adobe Target

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

This position offers a hybrid work schedule
