The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP, S/4HANA, and will be responsible for providing expert-level technical and functional support to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
Perform system configuration and customization in S/4HANA and SAP SRM (SRM experience is a plus).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems (mandatory).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Must be a US Citizen due to the nature of the projects and clients.
Proficiency in ABAP programming.
Extensive experience with S/4HANA and SAP SRM (SAP SRM experience is optional).
Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration points.
In-depth knowledge of SAP business processes.
Ability to analyze and map business requirements to SAP solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications:
Provide functional support and guidance to clients on SAP best practices
Experience with SAP configuration and customization
Any SAP certification
Experience working in a consulting environment, preferably in a Big 4 Consulting firm.
Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points.
SAP FIN, Procurement and Govt industry experience would be a plus.
