The Developer, SFR Quantitative Strategies will be part of a team that is supporting and developing applications that are advancing the Single-Family Rental industry.
Essential Functions:
Support and new development for existing apps (Java/Spring/Hibernate/Vaadin)
Sourcing data and designing data capture (SQL Server/MongoDB)
Using in house analytic platforms and libraries to value and bid portfolios
Evaluate and integrate third party analytics and data
Help with migration of apps from on-premise onto AWS

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with databases and OO programming
