Sr Analyst Workforce Planning

Job Description

Provide support to Strategic Workforce Planning Sr. Director to Develop, evaluate and implement, new processes, workflows and systems to support the strategic work, but also the day-to-day business working with different areas across the company

Provide support for process improvement projects and analytical support to assess and implement strategies to enhance the organizations' ability to provide multi-year workforce forecasts

Provide monthly and quarterly trend analyses against established workforce and financial plans.

Provide variance analysis for all compensation components

Works with HR, Finance and line of business partners during the Workforce Planning cycle to capture and manage information

Provide support testing workforce models to forecast future needs and associated costs that are incorporated in our outlooks

Provide help developing monthly, and ad-hoc reports and presentations to summarize data to different areas in the company

Communicate with people at all levels, to gain the voice of the customer, to explain approaches and results.

Gather and analyze data, from multiple sources and disparate systems.

Serves as a departmental subject matter expert for workforce planning

Strong financial analytical skills

Workforce planning experience preferred

Adaptive experience preferred
