Description Position Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to support our finance department. This position offers an opportunity for growth and potential for full-time employment based on performance.Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Assist with tax filings and audits
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5 years of experience in accounting roles
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks or SAP is a plus)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
