Supply Chain Analyst - MST

Description We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in integrating global category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and supporting program milestones to ensure a resilient and efficient supply chain.Responsibilities:

Integrate global category strategies with program deliverables and project milestones.

Prepare and process requests for quotations (RFQ), requisitions, and purchase orders.

Locate and evaluate suppliers for materials and components, performing quantitative supplier selection for new products.

Negotiate contracts and establish policies with suppliers.

Manage supplier activities in alignment with program milestones and production launch requirements.

Develop inventory stocking and logistics strategies for suppliers with extended lead times.

Create and implement cost reduction strategies and projects.

Identify and develop regional or alternate qualified sources to strengthen supply chain resilience.

Hold suppliers accountable for meeting deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Proven experience in conducting RFI/RFP/RFQ processes for off-the-shelf commodities and complex engineered components.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of material.

Familiarity with project management fundamentals and gated management approval processes.

Working knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive capabilities.

Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

Technical understanding of the commercial HVAC product industry or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

Proficiency in quantitative spreadsheet analysis.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Highly energetic, success-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
