Description As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems while optimizing performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, basic networking concepts, and SQL database administration.Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure, including VMs, storage, networking, and security components.
Administer and optimize Active Directory services, including user and group management, Group Policy, and DNS.
Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device management and endpoint security.
Maintain Exchange Server environment, including mailbox management, email flow, and security configurations.
Manage SharePoint Online environment, including site collection administration, content management, and permissions.
Provide basic networking support, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and firewall configurations.
Perform SQL database administration tasks, such as backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance system reliability, security, and performance.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, with a focus on Azure and Microsoft technologies.
Strong proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, and Azure Security Center.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration, Group Policy management, and DNS.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management and security compliance.
Proficiency in managing Exchange Server environments, including Exchange Online.
Experience with SharePoint Online administration and customization.
Solid understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with SQL Server database administration, including backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
