Technical Application Administrator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated person with an outgoing personality and strong problem-solving skills to support our PLM customer s needs. This position will require acting as a central point of contact of the PLM user base, facilitating effective communication between end-users and support teams to ensure timely and accurate problem resolution.The position will focus first on the support of end users of Product Life Cycle Management applications, ticket triage, and coordination of compliance tasks.The role will give you the opportunity to grow in the understanding of key aspects to this job and motivate you to keep improving key performance indicators such as:

Improving time to first contact for support requests to the PLM team.

Improving time to closure for support requests.

Completing compliance tasks.

Building a personal network with end users and their PLM needs.

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all service desk interactions, including ticket status, resolutions, and communication history.

Exhibit strong analysis and problem-solving skills.

Performs other related duties, as required.

Note : This job description is a general guideline and may be subject to change based on the specific requirements and structure of the organization.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsHigh School Diploma and 4 years experience or Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience.

Well versed in Microsoft OSs.

Prior experience in a service desk or IT support role is beneficial.

Able to work well in a team environment.

Strong communication skills.

Customer service experience.

MS Office 365 experience is a huge plus.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $49050 - $83430Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
