Technology Operations Analyst

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst in technology that will support the Wells Fargo Advisors system access requests. Resource is responsible for processing expedited requests to ensure business continuity for high-risk, high revenue generating job functions such as Financial Advisors and their support staff. This business brings in books of business totaling millions of dollars to Wells Fargo with direct external customer contact.In this role, you will:

Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for technology operations

Evaluate basic or tactical challenges that require research and evaluation

Provide centralized command and control for major incident management, ensuring teams focus first on restoring business services

Review, analyze and escalate issues from key metric analysis, event monitors, reported service deviations, and documented changes

Develop knowledge business cycles and capabilities to assess the impact of technology events on the business and other support areas

Reduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery

Engage various teams of trouble-shooters to assess system health and issues

Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations

Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

1+ year of information security analysis experience and or technology background.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in facilitation and provisioning tools, such as, SIMBA/AIMS/ART

Experience with Jira

Excellent customer service skills to handle escalations

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong problem solving skills

IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience

Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems.

Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.

Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to research and correspond with customers, responding to their questions and concerns with detailed information.

Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management.

Ability to learn and assimilate information from multiple people and sources.

Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes.

Understanding of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) methodology is preferred.

Proven experience in identifying and resolving customer and production issues.

Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
