Job SummaryThe Compass Group Master Data Management team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to support our vendor domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the vendor domain, centralized data assets and master data management principles, proven track record in managing IT products, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives to enhance data quality and governance across the organization. As a Vendor Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the MDM product roadmap, collaborating with cross functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. You will also collaborate with other product, technical, and functional managers, architects, and business owners to align the product portfolio and ensure alignment with the enterprise strategy.Core Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Vendor data strategy (create, maintain, master) and roadmap that aligns with the organization’s data management goals and objectives.

Engage with key stakeholders, including data stewards, business users, and IT teams, to understand Vendor business model and processes. Responsible for partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Work with them to validate features, execute system and solution demos, always with a focus on delivering business value.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive product development and ensure effective communication of product changes and updates.

Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on products, processes, and best practices.

Define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Lead story creation & requirement definition for the Vendor team.

Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product requirements.

Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle using SAFe methodologies, from concept and design to implementation and support. Manage product backlogs, document and prioritize features and enhancements, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Provide coaching and mentoring to the development teams on the Safe Agile principles and practices.

Participate in the Safe Agile ceremonies, such as PI planning, feature grooming, retrospectives, etc. Partner with Scrum Masters to remove impediments for the Agile team and to model agile practices

Coordinate activities simultaneously for multiple projects

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in IT product management, with a focus on Master Data Management or related data management disciplines.

Experience working in products tied to vendor and/or customer creation and maintenance highly desirable

CRM experience highly desirable

Strong knowledge and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), required.

SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) is highly desirable.

Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager.

Exceptional knowledge of data management best practices

Experience with the tools and technologies used for product management, such as ADO and Miro.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Experience with implementing and maintaining Business Process Automation tools.

Experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders

Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, and data quality frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail with the ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions.
