It is hot in the summer and cold in the winter, so candidates must be accustomed to these elements. The role may require crawling into pipes for welding tasks. The position includes night shifts after an initial training period of 6-8 weeks on day shifts. Night shift hours are 5:30pm-6am with a premium pay of +2/hr. The work schedule includes four 12-hour shifts and a 7-hour shift on Friday, with optional 12-hour shifts on Friday based on workload.
