New and existing business hinge upon our ability to provide compelling pitch books and RFP responses for prospects and clients. This person will be responsible for content strategy, development, and management. Interacting with subject matter experts, the Content Manager will ensure that content stored in the database is up to date, accurate, and differentiated, driving efficiency and effectiveness in client and prospect outreach through automated delivery of robust valuable content.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Identify and support development of content to enhance valuable conversations with clients, prospects, and centers of influence. Content includes, but is not limited to, products and solutions, industry, market, economic, risk management, fraud, leadership, and other relevant material.

Develop and implement content strategy to differentiate our end-to-end service capabilities, specialist expertise and technology offerings in partnership with Marketing.

Own all content management for the organization, interfacing with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the WP Team to ensure alignment with the company's growth strategy, brand, and key messaging.

Own the governance and processes to keep content current, adding new content, addressing knowledge gaps; define and manage an annual (and ongoing) review process to obtain SME, legal, and compliance approvals.

Engage with SMEs on a regular basis to build team relationships and review feedback, processes, and content.

Write and edit both standard and strategic content to ensure we are appropriately positioning our services tailored to force on client-centric solutions.

Review analytics across content to understand content that is most frequently used and where some content could be retired.

Ensure that branding, styles, spelling, grammar, graphics, design and tone is consistent across all content.

Support large strategic RFPs with tailored content where required.

Deliver content through internal and external platforms including Truist.com, LinkedIn, Seismic, Qvidian, and other platforms as needed.

Mentor and train teammates on content best practices.

BA or equivalent

Up to 5 years relevant work/industry experience

3+ years of experience of content management

Strong writing ability

Great prooing and copy-editing skills

Excellent collaboration and project management skills

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional follow through

Ability to communicate key information quickly and effectively

Detail-oriented; comfortable following complex instructions and managing other people to deadlines

Proficient in Teams and Office suite of products

Preferred Qualifications:

English or journalism background

Treasury management, merchant services, commercial card experience

Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) foundation certification a plus but not essential

Knowledge of Seismic, Ovidian or other Proposal Automation tools a plus

Graphic design capabilities a plus
