The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements.

Serve as the primary administrator for the Workday platform, responsible for configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, upgrades and optimization of both the ERP and HR modules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Workday system configurations and workflows.

Configure and maintain core Workday components, including but not limited to organizations, hierarchies, security roles, business processes, reports, and integrations.

Develop and maintain Workday business processes, custom reports, and analytics to support HR and finance-related functions.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Workday functionality, data integrity, and system integrations.

Stay up to date with new Workday features and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and making recommendations for their adoption.

Collaborate with the Business Apps Manager and other team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday.

Provide end-user support and training, ensuring employees and managers are equipped to effectively use Workday and its features.

Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday updates, enhancements, and integrations.

Maintain data in the system for integrity and compliance.

Assist in the design and implementation of new functionality.

Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system.

Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

3+ years experience as a Workday Administrator, with expertise in both the ERP and HR modules.

2+ years experience with strong understanding of Workday functionality, including configuration, security, business processes, and reporting.

Experience with Workday integration tools and technologies.

Proficient in Workday reporting and analytics, including report writing and creating dashboards.

Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize) as business needs change.

Experience working with diverse set of stakeholders.

Ability to work with all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday certification(s) in relevant modules preferred

Experience with Workday configuration and administration in a global or multi-entity organization.

Knowledge of HRM and finance-related compliance requirements and regulations.

Experience with other ERP systems and their integration with Workday.

Bachelor's degree in a technology specific field or equivalent job related experience.
