A minimum of a bachelor's degree required.
1+ years of experience in designing, building, testing, implementing, deploying, and/or administering business and support roles for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, Student, and/or Adaptive Planning
1+ years of security administration and/or internal controls experience
1+ years of experience in implementing Workday Security leading practices
Must possess one or more certification within Workday in: Workday HCM, Workday Finance, Workday Integration, Workday Security, Workday Student, etc.
Must possess 1+ years of experience in the following: Designing, configuring, and implementing Workday security and/or compliance tools. Working with the business process, development and organization change management workstreams on the overall project delivery. Administering user access reviews and supporting periodic updates for Workday
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
Preferred:
1 + years knowledge/experience in the following:
Experience with Workday security design
Knowledge/experience in Workday business process inherent configurable controls
Building and updating Workday Segregation of Duties (SOD) ruleset and performing SOD risk analysis at user and group/role levels
Experience in large and complex Workday implementations and/or administrations with multiple rollouts for countries/regions
Previous consulting or Big 4 experience preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,889 to $140,663.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
