HEM supports all Android and iOS devices. Additional services include Telecom Expense Management, Asset Disposition services such as Recycling, Asset Buyback, Device Destruction, and more.In this HEM Config & Dep Technician role, is a self-motivated, team-oriented individual that fulfils a key position within our company. The responsibilities of this position include driving and supporting the Configuration and Deployment process by focusing on quality and efficiency. Deployment technicians are expected to provide feedback regarding process issues.This position will report to the HEM Supervisor.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConforms to all safety policies and procedures.Configuring and deploying customer’s Handheld Products. Active participation in all aspects of the Configuration and Deployment department as needed. Assists in lab continuous improvement efforts (i.e., process improvement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, cost reduction). Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.The candidate must work with urgency, be very detail oriented, and work well in a team environment.Prepare and present MOR and WSR metrics to leadership team.
