Requirements:
Have a knack for improving the daily lives of other humans (customer service)
Must taste caffeinated coffee and espresso 2-3 times per shift
Enjoy working in an environment that encourages individualism and relies on teamwork
Share a desire to improve existing or non-existing barista skills and coffee knowledge
Must be punctual
What Would Help:
A sense of humor will go a long way
Having goals or a plan to figure out your plan
Volunteer experience or service in your community
Worldly travels/experiences - or at least experiences beyond North Carolina
What You Should Expect:
