Position Summary: This role takes on all guest interactions as the first point of contact to guide our guests through the menu, answer questions, and make sure they have a mindblasting experience. You'll work the register, run food, pack orders, make drinks, chat with guests, and maintain our vibrant and lively dining room.
Responsibilities:
Be warm, friendly, and accommodating - providing exceptional service and hospitality for all guests
Thoroughly memorize our menu and walk guests through what and how to order when they have questions
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit card transactions
Create a welcoming environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room
Prepare and deliver food and drinks to tables, making sure to check in with guests and ensure satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
Always go the extra distance for the comfort and happiness of our customers and your fellow team members
Requirements:
Prior experience in a restaurant environment or customer service related field ispreferred but not required
Follow all company policies and procedures, e.g., dress code, punctuality, and professional attitude
Provide customers with MINDBLASTING hospitality
Be a reliable and supportive team player
