Big Wok, a busy Asian restaurant in Fort Mill, is looking for a reliable and friendly individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be a team player, and be comfortable handling cash and taking orders over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
Take phone orders in a polite, professional manner
Assist with daily operations and work closely with team members
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Requirements:
Must be dependable and punctual
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is a plus, but not required
