Prestigious Fortune 500 Company is in immediate need for a Lead Chef. Position would be responsible for maintaining lead entrée station (including catering) for a professional kitchen. Candidate required to adhere to company safety metrics in addition to following recipes and completing daily logs all while ensuring food safety and sanitation. Culinary degree is preferred.
