Dishwasher/Closer
As a Dishwasher/closer, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and prep areas. To maintain a hygienic environment. Your experience will be valuable in upholding our standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Strong communication skills and a hospitality mindset are essential as you work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience. Join us in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced culinary environment.
We close at 8:00 pm during the week and at 9:00 pm on weekends. Closed Sundays and Mondays, also closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years. We have a great work atmosphere, our team members have all been with us for many years. Shift starts at 4:00 pm finishes at 11:00 pm/12:00.
Duties:
- Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Support the cook and other kitchen staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Sweep/Mop/Clean close kitchen
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
