FOH Team Management
Overseeing FOH team, ensuring the completion of opening and closing tasks, maintaining good practices and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Assist in training of new employees and ongoing education of staff
Bar Management
Knowledge of or interest in learning Italian wines and cocktails
Help oversee cleanliness of the bar area.
Restocking/reordering wine, beer, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Assist in weekly ordering form beverage distributors
Market Management
Organization and maintenance of our market
Help oversee cleanliness and organization of the market place
Checking expiration dates and contributing to implementing strategies for proper rotation of product
Restocking/reordering from various distributors to maintain par levels
Quality Control of MB Product
Serving as the last in the line of quality checks for all products made and packaged in house
Organizing and facilitating in the proper storage/transportation of outgoing product
Inventory management
Bar/market/MB product
Communicating with BOH lead
