Front of House Team Member
Golden Flame Hot Wings – Charlotte, NC
Golden Flame Hot Wings is more than just a restaurant—we’re a part of the community, serving up great food in a family-friendly atmosphere. We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House (FOH) team.
Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Take orders on our register and tablet POS, greet guests with warmth, and ensure they feel at home throughout their visit.
Expo / Order Coordination: Prepare and organize completed orders for dine-in, takeout, or delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.
Bartending & Beverage Service: Mix and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) while maintaining responsible service standards.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain clean bathrooms, lobby, and dining spaces; assist with dishes and general upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Back of House (BOH) staff to deliver great food and service—because without one, the other can’t succeed.
Pay & Tips:
Base Pay: $14–$15 per hour (depending on bartending experience)
Shared Tips: We share all tips across FOH and BOH. Average $4 per hour on top of base pay.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter attitude—takes initiative without needing constant direction
Reliability and teamwork mindset
Previous bartending experience is a plus
Must be age 21 or above
Hours:
MUST be available for the following hours. No exceptions.
Sunday 11:00am – 10:00pm (11.5 hrs)
Monday 4:30pm – 10:00pm (5.5 hrs)
Tuesday 4:30pm – 10:00pm (5.5 hrs)
Wednesday 11:00am – 10:00pm (11.5 hrs)
About 34 hours to start.
