Job Summary:
We are seeking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repairs, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks to ensure our properties are well-maintained and safe for our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
2. Respond to maintenance requests from tenants promptly and efficiently.
3. Inspect properties regularly to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
4. Coordinate with property managers to schedule and complete work orders.
5. Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.
6. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
7. Assist with property renovations and improvements as needed.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
2. Proficient in general maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
