We are hiring experienced hospitality staff with excellent customer service skills for the upcoming PGA Championship at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, NC.
DATES/TIMES: May 15 - May 18, 2025
Applicants must be available to work all days (Thursday-Sunday)
Shift times vary, but most shifts begin before 9am and are 9-12 hours long. No afternoon shifts or short shifts are available.
We are currently hiring BACKUPS for all positions. Backups will report to work and will be placed
AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
Suite Attendant –Suite Attendants will serve guests, bus tables, maintain buffet and service areas while providing excellent customer service. Must be able to stand on your feet for your entire shift. Must have a minimum of one year front of house service experience.
Runner - Runners will ensure that hospitality areas are fully stocked with food, beverage, ice, service items and other materials. Must be able to work outdoors and on your feet for your entire shift. Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Must be able to walk up and down stairs while carrying food, cases of beverages, equipment, etc.
Bartender – Bartenders will serve alcohol responsibly, complete inventory reports accurately, maintain bar by requesting liquor and supplies, keep workstation and equipment clean and sanitized, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to stand on your feet for your entire shift. Must have a minimum of two years front of house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant. NO CASH BARS - only premium suites.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have relevant work experience (food and beverage).
Must be willing to proactively engage with fans in a friendly and polite manner.
Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods.
Must be willing to work outdoors and be prepared for varying weather conditions.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be polished and professional in appearance and demeanor.
Pay:
Suite Attendant - $19.00 per hour + attendance bonus
Runner - $19.00 per hour + attendance bonus
Bartender - $17.00 per hour + possible tips
This is a W2 position, paid weekly via direct deposit.
