Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their table in a timely manner.
- Manage reservations and walk-in seating using our reservation system.
- Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area.
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries, including providing information about the menu and wait times.
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues to management when needed.
- Assist with special requests and accommodate guests’ needs during their visit.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and create a positive first impression of the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
