Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Line Cook to work the evening shift in our high-end kitchen. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering top-quality dishes, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
- Follow recipes and menus to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain inventory and minimize food waste
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- able to pass background check
