Sales Manager for Staffing Company

You can feel confident representing the LGC brand of staffing services. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships and new partnerships with hospitality-based businesses in the Charlotte area, such as Hotels, Food Service Companies, Event Centers, and more!

This position requires a driven, self-motivated, and competitive individual with a passion for success. This is an in-office position that also requires outside sales. You will be responsible for building a book of business through cold calls, self-lead generation, networking, zoning territories, and identifying new potential clients.

Access to a reliable vehicle (travel to local client sites and outside sales is required)

Responsibilities

Promoting our company and services to potential clients

Meeting weekly sales and business standards by planning and implementing sales strategies through sales calls, outside sales visits, email, and social media

Creating and following set action plans on a monthly and quarterly basis for performance evaluations.

Communicating and building partnerships with our clients
