Amazing food is the cornerstone of what we are about at 800°. Without a strong heart of house we couldn’t do what we do. Pizza cooks, line cooks, fry station, salads and hot apps. Every station is an integral part to the heart of house team. Duties include, cooking, cutting, knife skills, temperature knowledge, health and sanitation knowledge, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing.
