Position: Independent Contractor (Part-Time)
Qualifications: LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, or LMFT-A
Compensation: $45 per session for Provisionally Licensed Clinicians; $50 per session for Fully Licensed Clinicians
About the Role: We are seeking motivated and compassionate mental health professionals to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to expand your practice by building relationships with community referral resources and leveraging strategic advertising support. If you have substance abuse or play therapy training, you will be prioritized in our hiring process.
What We Offer:
Part-Time Start: Begin part-time with competitive hourly rates—$35 per session for provisionally licensed and $45 per session for fully licensed clinicians.

Qualifications:
Must hold a valid LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, or LMFT-A license in [North Carolina].

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
