Job Title: Provider Contracting Representative
Pay Rate: $20/hour on w2
Location: Hybrid (Candidates should be based in or around the following locations):
California: San Francisco, Milpitas, Cupertino, Palo Alto, San Jose, Los Angeles, Torrance, Fremont, Sunnyvale, San Diego, Beverly Hills, San Mateo
Arizona: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson
Louisiana: Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles
Washington: Seattle, Bellevue
Michigan: Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor, Cleveland, Canton
Tennessee: Nashville, Memphis
Ohio: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus
North Carolina: Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Wilmington
Flexible in surrounding areas if they are willing to travel to the listed cities for recruitment.
Duration: 3 Months (Possible extension)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (local time)
Training: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST (3 weeks)
Key Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for travel to dental offices)
Hard-wired internet connection (minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload)
Ability to work without distractions in a secure home workspace
Professional dress code for field days
Strong verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and computer proficiency (MS Office)
Responsibilities:
Recruit dental providers to join the client’s network via field visits and outbound calls
Negotiate discounts, process contracts, and track contacts
Build relationships with dental providers and share network benefits
Manage multiple priorities and projects
Preferred Experience:
Sales, dental office, provider relations, or recruitment experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
